My Valentine's

IPad Girls

My parents down loaded some games on our ipad for the kids. They love playing on it and will ask daily to get on it. If my sister or I even touch it, they will come over and crowed around to watch us or beg us to let them play. Here are some pictures of the girls playing on the ipad.

Snowy Weather

This past week we have been having some very snowy weather. The temperatures dropped to 10 to 0 degrees during the day and 0 to negative numbers during the night. Too say it was very cold, would be an understandment. It stopped snowing after a couple days and the sun started to come out. I ventured out to take some pictures before the sun came out and melted all the snow. Here are some pictures of our front yard:

Paul's 7th Birthday

We had Paul's 7th birthday on January 25th at our house. This year he wanted a Chuggington Party. It was alot of fun looking at all the different train party ideas. Here are some of the decorations that I did:

The games were a colored sand craft, pin the caboose on the train, and fill the coal car:

For the cake I let Paul pick out what favor he wanted and I bought a cake topper:

All the kids had a really great time, especially Paul. The kids seemed to like to do the craft and enjoyed all the food. We feel so blessed to have Paul as our son and to be able to celebrate another year with him.

Stella's New Bed

My parents had bought a couple of toddler beds for the girls last summer and we decided that it was time to put Stella in a big girl bed. At first Stella was not too sure, but the boys and Fay was excited and that got Stella excited. She loves her new bed and is always asking if its time for bed when it gets dark. Stella will often say that she needs to go to bed when it gets around bed time. The whole family had alot of fun taking down the crib and putting up the new bed.
