Balloon Birthday Wreath

This is something that I am VERY excited about. I got this idea off of howdoesshe.com. It was really easy to do and did not cost much. I think it was about $20.00 for the wreath, balloons, and pins. I did not think of taking photos as I went along, but you can find the directions on the website. Here are some pictures of the wreath I did. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!
